View historic buildings; monuments; unique park-like squares, cobblestones and brick streets, antebellum mansions, row houses and churches. Low Country Tour.
Enjoy the beautiful view of salt water marshes as we travel to Savannah’s beach at Tybee Island. Situated on the Atlantic Ocean, experience the feel of a quaint 1950’s beach community where you will catch sight of Georgia’s oldest and tallest active lighthouse. A stop at Byrd Cookie Company – home of the “Midnight” cookie tin, offers you a chance to sample their delicious cookies while browsing in the their gourmet marketplace and take a rest break.

Fine Arts Gallery Hop.
Climb aboard as we visit galleries in the historic district that feature exhibits of internationally known artists mixed among work by Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) students and, time permitting, we’ll visit working artists’ studios at City Market.

The John Wesley Tour.
Tours By BJ invites your group to visit Coastal Georgia and see locations where John Wesley, founder of the Methodist movement, and his brother Charles lived and worked during their time in America’s thirteenth colony. Through this tour you will understand the tremendous challenges faced by John and Charles, how this experience in the New World influenced them for the rest of their lives, and how their lives and work influenced Coastal Georgia and shaped the Methodist Church.

African-American Heritage Tour.
Driving tour includes Savannah history and AAH highlights including Laurel Grove South Cemetery – dedicated in 1852 and the final resting place of many prominent African-Americans; Beach Institute; First African Baptist Church; and more.

Legends & Lunch Cruise.  Board Vagabond Cruise’sSpirit of Harbor Town” for a 2 hour voyage on the

Savannah River.  Learn about the delicate eco-system of the river, its surrounding marshes and the economic role the river plays.  See historic sites like Old Fort Jackson and hear tales of pirates, sunken Civil War ironclads and modern day river pilots, such as Michael Groover.  While aboard you will be treated to a buffet lunch catered by the famous Lady & Sons Restaurant.  Currently offered on Thursdays only, 12Noon-2pm.
